Greetings of the day !! :)  Hello folks,        Its Priti here, today its my first blog  I would like to introduce myself here.  I am really passionate and excited about writing wellness and fitness blogs as I love to be fit and would like to share my experiences and feelings on this . I started keeping myself fit and healthy when realised the fact tha t if in this polluted and degraded enviornment we have to survive we will have to focus on our wellness which will incorporate three arenas that is our physical health , mental health and spiritual health. If these three arenas are taken care of our body , mind and soul will be in consensus resulting in our well being and happiness.
