Fitness Basics

Hi folks !! This my second blog in this I will highlight the basics fundas to adapt to take a route to being FIT ND HIT ☺ Like I said in my last blog that that if we balance physical with mental n spiritual we are definitely to achieve wellness completely some simple fundas to begin with Its really hard to resist temptations of food but its indeed the first step to be fit physically.     Do u know that if u cut your servings of food only to little extent not altogether , you will be using up your stored body fat which in turn will promote weight loss .. ( Caution : every body's metabolism rate is not the same as before cutting ur servings of food altogether  go by small cuts so as to suit ur body )     But don't starve more cut your servings slowly nd steadily  so you will adapt to it . Now to highlight your diet basics .... For weight loss your d iet should not strictly consist of fatty substances in great deal for eg .. consuming cheese , oily snacks , mayonnais
