Hi folks !!
This my second blog in this I will highlight the basics fundas to adapt to take a route to being FIT ND HIT ☺
Like I said in my last blog that that if we balance physical with mental n spiritual we are definitely to achieve wellness completely
some simple fundas to begin with
Its really hard to resist temptations of food but its indeed the first step to be fit physically.
Do u know that if u cut your servings of food only to little extent not altogether , you will be using up your stored body fat which in turn will promote weight loss .. ( Caution : every body's metabolism rate is not the same as before cutting ur servings of food altogether go by small cuts so as to suit ur body )
But don't starve more cut your servings slowly nd steadily so you will adapt to it .
If the first arena i.e the Physical aspect is not taken care of the other two i.e Mental (mind) and Spiritual (soul) wont cooperate in promoting wellness.
It is said that mind is subtle part of body because whatever goes in the body food or any other kind of stuff affects the mind is also the other way round that if we influence the mind we can see the effect on the body.
For eg. we have often heard of accidents caused under influence of drinking (alcohol) . What I want to highlight is my point that what goes in our body has the effect on mind.
Even there is mention of this thing in Hindus' Holy Book Shrimad Bhagwad Gita . According to it there are three kinds of food stuff i.e Sattvic , Rajasic, Tamasic

Now to highlight your diet basics ....
For weight loss your diet should not strictly consist of fatty substances in great deal for eg .. consuming cheese , oily snacks , mayonnaise on daily basis these should be limited to only once in month if you really want to shed those extra kilos. They are a big no no.
Its really important to have your meals on proper timings .. Eating dunner late at night not taking breakfast or taking only minimal at breakfast is not really good is gonna take a bad toll on your body. What I say is to make your breakfast complete and keep ur dinner minimal and keep at least 2 hrs of difference between dinner and the time you sleep.

Sattvic diet is a diet based on foods in Ayurveda and Yoga literature that contain sattva quality (guna). In this system of dietary classification, foods that harm the mind or body are considered Tamasic, while those that are neither positive or negative are considered Rajasic.
This physical fitness is indeed a first step which I am going to explore more in my subsequent blogs, so folks keep reading and keep sharing !!!WARM REGARDS,
